JOB DESCRIPTION
Orange Tree Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to “Build and Inspire Growth” by providing pediatric-based services to children in Tifton, GA. As an SLP, you will assess children’s’ skills to determine their needs and develop teaching plans to meet them, including:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide speech/language therapy services within an clinic-based setting to children with varying exceptionalities
- Responsible for evaluations, treatment, and implementation
- Participates in developing measurable goals and objectives for each chillds needs as applicable to the clinical setting
- Interpret evaluative data to establish measurable goals for the child
- Complete daily progress notes at the end of each session
- Establishes and maintains a positive collaborative relationship with children, clinic staff, and families to increase childs achievement
- Performs other duties as assigned
SKILLS | CERTIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certification of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or ability to obtain preferred
- Current Licensure by the Georgia Secretary of State or ability to obtain
- Thorough knowledge of therapy best practices
- Enjoys making a positive difference with children
- Experience working with children with various exceptionalities preferred
