JOB DESCRIPTION
Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a Special Education Teacher (ESE) to “Build and Inspire Growth” by providing education-based services to students in Dallas. As a Special Education Teacher (ESE), you will assess students’ skills to determine their needs and develop teaching plans to meet them including:
Teaching a rigorous college preparatory curriculum that combines the school’s standard and state standards.
Teaching students in a high-quality, exciting way.
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.)
Committing to constant professional and personal growth through working closely as part of a team of teachers.
Constantly assessing student progress, and communicating results to families and colleagues
Providing individual or small group instruction for students who need additional assistance
Modeling a “whatever it takes” spirit to ensure that each student is successful
Modeling the school’s values in all communications with students, families, and staff.
