- Additional: ASD Elementary Caseload. In-person only.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid LCSW Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide individual and group counseling services to address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Support students in developing coping skills, resilience, and positive peer relationships to promote inclusion and participation in school life.
- Assist students in overcoming barriers to learning by addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family challenges, and crisis situations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate social-emotional and behavioral supports into the educational environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support team discussions, providing input on mental health, social-emotional goals, and recommended interventions.
- Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines, incorporating supervisor and team feedback to ensure high-quality, student-centered services.
- Maintain accurate case notes, treatment records, and compliance documentation in alignment with district and state requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school social work, mental health, and student support services.
