Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to “Build and Inspire Growth” by providing education-based services to students at the Virgin Islands Department of Education. As an RBT, you will assess students’ skills to determine their needs and develop teaching plans to meet them including:


Collect data about students’ behaviors through direct observation.


Assist BCBAs as directed with behavior assessments and skill acquisition plans.


Assist in teaching specific behavior and social skills as outlined in behavior plans.


Communicate with students’ parents regarding legal rights and informed consent.


Exhibit rapport, understanding, enthusiasm, and appropriate two-way communication with students, parents, school staff, and colleagues.


Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Exceptional Student Support Services and/or designee.
